Even as construction advances, TFL is building the organization that will run the plant. Recruitment and structured induction of technical manpower are under way. Standard operating procedures, a maintenance and spares strategy, safety management systems, laboratory and inspection set-ups, and marketing and logistics arrangements are being developed in parallel with mechanical completion-so that pre-commissioning, commissioning, and stabilization proceed seamlessly, and the complex reaches sustained rated capacity in the scheduled time.
