To conceive, develop, and operate innovative, energy-efficient first of its kind coal-based fertilizer plant utilizing advanced coal-to-chemicals technology, with a focus on optimizing resources for sustainable growth, maximizing stakeholder value, and contributing to India's energy sustainability and self-reliance.

Talcher Fertilizers Limited (TFL) is a joint venture established to revive the Talcher Fertilizer Plant in Odisha and strengthen India's fertilizer production capacity.
