Further, the assignment requires specialised expertise in contractual claims, project economics, risk allocation, dispute/settlement strategy and complex international EPC matters. KPMG has demonstrated relevant experience in claim assessment and expert-witness assignments for major infrastructure, oil & gas, steel, fertilizer and other projects. Considering the time-sensitive nature of the ongoing negotiations, significant financial exposure of TFL, and the need for expeditious and informed decision-making, nomination of KPMG would reduce execution and familiarisation risks and facilitate timely completion of the assignment.
